  • Exchange Window: Within 14 days, subject to stock availability

  • Returns or exchanges requested after 14 days will not be accepted

✅ Conditions for Return

To be eligible for return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Items must not show signs of wear, perfume, or makeup

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Lingerie, swimwear, or bodysuits

  • Personalized or custom-made items

📝 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Fill out the Return/Exchange Form with your order number and reason

  3. Our support team will email you within 1–2 business days with instructions

💾 Who Covers Shipping?

  • If we sent the wrong item or a defective product: Return shipping is free

  • If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size: Return shipping is at your expense

  • Exchanges (for size or color) may incur a small re-shipping fee

🔁 Refund & Exchange Process

  • Refunds: Processed within 3–7 business days after the item is received and approved

  • Exchanges: New item will be shipped once your return is approved

  • Refunds are made to your original payment method
