📦 Shipping Details

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Saturday).

  • Domestic Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days depending on your location.

  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 14:00 (GMT+3) are usually shipped the same day.

  • Couriers Used: Aras Kargo, Yurtiçi Kargo, MNG Kargo (varies by location).


🌍 International Shipping (Wholesale Only)

Currently, international shipping is available through our Eyyo Wholesale platform.
We ship to selected regions including Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa using trusted carriers like:

  • DHL Express

  • UPS

  • FedEx

💳 Shipping Fees

  • Turkey (Retail Orders): Shipping is free for orders over a certain amount (e.g., 750₺). Below this limit, a small standard fee may apply at checkout.

  • Wholesale Orders & International: Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and destination and shown during checkout or invoicing.


🔄 Missed Deliveries & Re-Delivery

If you’re not available at the time of delivery:

  • The courier will usually attempt delivery again the next business day.

  • You can reschedule or update your delivery details via the tracking link sent by email or SMS.


📍 Delivery Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via:

  • Email

  • SMS

  • Or directly on your account page (if logged in)


🚫 Delivery Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to PO Boxes.

  • Remote or rural areas may have longer delivery times.

  • Public holidays may delay processing or delivery slightly.
