    Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email or SMS.

  2. Visit the Tracking Page:
    Go to our Order Tracking Page and enter your tracking number.

  3. Track via Courier Site:
    Alternatively, use the tracking link provided to track directly via:

    • Aras Kargo

    • Yurtiçi Kargo

    • MNG Kargo

    • DHL / UPS / FedEx (for international wholesale orders)


⏱️ When Will My Order Be Shipped?

  • Orders placed before 14:00 (GMT+3) are usually shipped the same business day

  • Processing time: 24 hours on average

  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days within Turkey


🚨 Didn't Receive a Tracking Number?

If you haven’t received your tracking number:

  • Check your spam or promotions folder

  • Make sure the phone number/email on your order was entered correctly

📍 Status Definitions

  • Preparing Your Order: Your order is being packed

  • Shipped: Your order has left our warehouse

  • In Transit: The courier is on the way

  • Delivered: Your order has been received at your address

  • Failed Delivery: Courier couldn't reach you — you may need to reschedule
