Return Window: Within 14 days of receiving your order
Exchange Window: Within 14 days, subject to stock availability
Returns or exchanges requested after 14 days will not be accepted

✅ Conditions for Return

To be eligible for return or exchange:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
All original tags and packaging must be intact
Items must not show signs of wear, perfume, or makeup

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

Final sale or clearance items
Lingerie, swimwear, or bodysuits
Personalized or custom-made items

📝 How to Request a Return or Exchange

Fill out the Return/Exchange Form with your order number and reason
Our support team will email you within 1–2 business days with instructions
Ship the item back using a courier of your choice (or ours, if applicable)

💸 Who Covers Shipping?

If we sent the wrong item or a defective product: Return shipping is free
If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size: Return shipping is at your expense
Exchanges (for size or color) may incur a small re-shipping fee

🔁 Refund & Exchange Process

Refunds: Processed within 3–7 business days after the item is received and approved
Exchanges: New item will be shipped once your return is approved
Refunds are made to your original payment method
