Eyyo provides a 14-day warranty for all retail orders. This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects (seams, stitching, fabric faults)

  • Wrong or incomplete products sent in your order

  • Defective zippers, buttons, or fasteners that were faulty at the time of delivery


🚫 What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper washing or handling

  • Color fading from extended sun exposure

  • Damage caused by user error or accidents (e.g., tearing, burning, staining)

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications


🔁 How to Request a Warranty Review

  3. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days

  4. If approved, you’ll be offered:
